INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Brown the ground beef and add the taco seasoning as instructed. If you are using a Ninja Foodi, you can do this in the foodi using the saute setting.
  2. Once the meat is cooked, mix in the refried beans.
  3. Add the mixture to the middle of each tortillas and top with shredded cheese.
  4. Fold the tortilla up to be sure that all the toppings are securely inside the tortilla.
  5. Spray the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil spray.
  6. Place the chimichangas seam side down into the air fryer.
  7. Spray them with a coat of olive oil spray. This can also be done with avocado cooking spray.
  8. Cook at 360 degrees for 8 minutes. Check on them at 5 minutes to be sure they are cooking nicely.
  9. Once done they should be lightly browned on top and the tortilla will be nicely secured.
